1st.RELIEF, Richard Wade, Tammy, ripoff, scam, no sales, commision, orientation, group interview Altamonte Springs Florida
I applied months before, told them I was going to show up, never did, got an eMail weeks! later and decided to show up. Went in for "first interview" "manager came in Richard Wade, telling of "no selling" sounded great, explained what they did, they were a financial services compnay who helped payoff debts etc. There were 40 chairs and almost all of them were filled up. 45 min meeting, said they would call back. They called days later, (asked someone there they said she got a call back within hours of leaving the "first interview) anyway, went back to same place it was last time, except there were 10 people including me in the room.
A woman came in passed out information regarding company, "discloser form" (can't speak of any info, can't "take" clients with you when you leave. A rebuttle sheet, and a " script" Hello (your name here) I am from blah blah..... then a sheet with HOURLY rate 6.85 + comission X 1 sale X 5 X 10 etc. The woman who was giving the interview asked why I looked so "glum" I told her I was afraid this was a "sales job" and "was the pay really 6 bucks an hour?" "she asked me "what were your previous jobs" I told her "Blockbuster, Publix, DIsneyworld" she said well you were selling then "this is America it's all about selling" I became irritated that she couldn't asnswer my question and she was responding with questions to my questions. I asked again if it was a sellign job, she told me "SIR! you can leave....oh and you can lave those papers there too", and then I left, muttering "whatever" she said "oh yea WHATEVER"......total scam......total SCAM.

Well, let us hope that since Danielle's rebuttal in 2006, 'her attorney' has explained to her that slander is SPOKEN and it is Libel that is written. Furthermore, hopefully she now understands that truth is absolute defense to any charges of slander/libel/defamation of character.

they have threatned to sue me for slander and harrasment I also was KICKED OUT of the meeting I didn't leave here is the reply I got from them after telling them they scammed me

I am sorry that you feel that this is a scam. We have been in business for almost 5 years and we save people money every day. If we were a scam we
would have been shut down a long time ago. It's not Tammy's fault that you a scared of a sales position and wanted to leave. If you actually listened to what she had to say then you would have realized that we have openings for many different positions some were for sales and others were not, so she did know the answer. Additionally, we do have 25 positions to fill however, the 9 people that showed up is exactly that, the amount of people who chose to
come that day, that's why we had more than one orientation scheduled.
Finally, I wanted to end on a good note and inform you that you can call whoever you want to however, what you have decided to do as far as list us on websites and call us a scam, well there's a legal term for that and it's
called "slander" oh yeah and don't forget "defamation of character" as well
as "harassment." Our lawyer will be more than happy to look into this and will contact you again if necessary. So please have a good day and happy job hunting.
