Infuriated as I write this....

This place is located on the second floor in some run down building in 250. As you walk up the stairs, you walk into this small used to be someone's apartment "office" and an "agent" hands you a form for you to fill out. After you fill it out, he then tells you to come to his "office" and he sits and has a conversation with you, regarding security "training" After this agents flirts around with you, he then shows you his/her license. Then goes on and tells you to pay the $80 dollar fee. This economy is horrible so anything ensuring to find you a job is somewhat convincing. I paid the $80 and was told to return tomorrow. Leaving that place, I had a bad feeling but I needed a job help pay for my tuition fee. Returned the next day and started class. You are then placed inside a room, big enough to be 12 year old's bedroom with more than 40 people inside. You then begin you "pre 8 hr training"...the instructor use of vocabulary was horrible & we spent more time outside taking breaks than being informed on what this facility really entailed. Long story short...nothing about this place is legit, I think the only reason why they are still "running" is because people aren't aware of the fraudulent tactics of this company and this company continues to get paid by innocent people who desperately need jobs to sustain in this unreliable economy. The certificate you receive after you pay the 320-700 (depending on how many classes you chose) is then printed of this computer and some man...this could've been anybody signs and hands your "certificates" to you. Then your told your placement is located in the other room. Some uneducated man..hands you a paper with the address that you are suppose to go to to get a job...For most people this place was located in queens. Once you arrive some arrogant lady then informs you that they are not hiring. So after taking a 1 hour train ride...to then find this "place" 10 minutes into your arrival and completion of the application, she then informs you that they aren't hiring.

The point of this is this:

Any place that needs you to "PAY" to receive a job is more than likely fake! This whole process and the money put towards it, I could've simply paid myself. It's sad that their are companies and incorporations that are still being allowed to do such things to innocent people. I'm a college student and I need as much as I can get, I started off with the hopes of earning more money, but I ended up with no financial gain, instead I loss financially. I just wish I would've listen to my instinct, and applied all this energy elsewhere. If you are reading this...HOPEFULLY it isn't too late for you, as it is for me.
