1stAmerican Law Center I was swindled horribly by 1st American Law Center. On Feb. 4, 2010 I entered into an agreement I believe was valid so that they could optain a loan modification for me within a 3 month period. Oceanside, California
After experiencing some financial trouble as a result of breast cancer surgery and treatment I sought the help of 1st American Law Center to obtain a loan modification. I had them charge $1,750 half of the total fee to my credit card. This occurred in Feb. 2010. After much waiting and waiting, I found myself calling these people and spoke to John Hearn who was the very first person I spoke with. I also spoke to someone named Charleen. Each time I got no response. I emailed them and still no luck.
I am out of this $1,750 and need it badly. The winter season is upon us and the heating costs are up and so is everything else. Luckily I am employed and did not lose my job due to the economy. I am so devastated over this loss. I have a young granddaughter that I help out. Her Christmas will be very sad this year if I don't get back this money. How can a company take people's money like that. Is there no hope or sanity in this world no more?
