I was a happy customer for more than 3 years. Now they always have a busy signal for both their consultation # and their Customer Service #. They used to be very responsive and I got my meds-sometimes the day after talking to the MD. Other times the longest was within 1 week of taling to the doctor.
Now they are impossible to reach. My credit card was charged $130, but I can't reach them even though they keep sending me e-mails to call for my consultation.
Did they go out of business?
I can't even reach them to request a refund!

They used to be very reliable but got less and less so over the past 6+ months.

Does anyone know of an alternative?
