Complaint Review: 1stopbedroom

I ordered a bedroom set for my daugter's room December 2019 it was suppose to ship but the order wasn't in stock so she picked another set. When it finally made it to the warehouse to be delivered it was broken. I eventually dediced to cancel and settled on just paying the shipping fee for the furniture to go back but now the order still hasn't been cancelled and I am paying for furniture I still do not have.

At this point I will have to get a lawyer in order to get out of this situation. It is really sad that this fake company is taking advantage of people espeacially military members. Shameful!
