1StopBedrooms 1StopBedrooms engages in fraudulent practices. We as harmed customers should get together and start a "Class Action Suit" against 1 Stop Bedrooms because they are blatantly crooks! Brooklyn New York
When I initially placed the order with 1StopBedrooms, I saw on the confirmation email they sent me that it was slated to be delivered to my front door only. I called to cancel the order because I am in my 70's and have no one in to assist me with moving furniture. I called 1Stop Bedrooms and spoke with Simon and requested the order be cancelled. Simon said the order was already placed and I could not cancel the order even though it was less than 2 hours from the time my order was placed. Simon said if I paid $70.00 more above the $100.00 they already charged me, it would be delivered to my "room of choice". I agreed.
Last Friday the delivery service 1 Stop Bedrooms used in this area arrived to deliver the sleeper sofa and the gentlemen advised me it was "door delivery only". I knew I couldn't send it back because 1 Stop Bedrooms has a horrible return policy which I only found out after calling to originally cancel the order. I told the delivery guys I paid an extra charge to have it delivered to my "room of choice" and they said they couldn't change what the paperwork advised. I asked if I paid them cash would they bring it in. I paid an extra $100 cash to have them bring it in. Needless to say, they left the plastic wrap and cardboard box laying in my yard for me to dispose of.
