1Touch Marketing No Network, No Co-reg Path, Bad brokers Ripoff Boca Raton Florida
One Touch Marketing recently completely ruined one of my largest accounts. I work for a very well known company who was looking for additional exposure for our product. I was contacted my a Jack Thompson who promised excellent results and they were the marketing arm behind beyond ineteractive (not true at all, checked with beyond). Not only did the campaign completely fail, but they spent over $45,000 in one weekend, not unheard of if I had some results but I only had 1 sign up, which came from a Boca Raton IP address- makes me wonder huh? In addition to my complaint I then had all of the information for the weekend reposted later on in the week, Jack claiming their path wasn't performing properly. Being in this business long enough I know if someone reposts 400 entries they are obviously reposting from another campaign.
If this wasn't the worst I was told they would do a make good on their propritary network of sites, which I come to learn they say is Beyond Interactive, one of the biggest networks out there I agree to this make good. Which once again fails, I find my ads on cougarmom.com, sexymama.com, to name a few. When I contacted them to pull down my make good I had not received a call back for 1 week, but a complaint letter from my boss, a bill from one touch for $4800 at a $10 CPM?! Who pays that for inpage #1 on cougarmoms and #2 this was suppose to be a make good!!
All in all my experience with them was less than desireable. I will never work with them again, and being one of the largest co-reg networks out there we have told everyone we know.
I have also heard numerous complaints regarding their sketchy email lists, don't trust them your domain will end up blacklisted!

Since you have not identified yourself or your company we find almost impossible to respond. Jack looked through all deals and we never even worked with a Jennifer.
First of all Jack Thompson has never wrote a $45K deal to your company or any other company at 1TM. Second, we always take care of all our clients and have no other complaints except yours in the past 4 years of business. This is an unprofessional way to handle yourself and if you had an issue we have a large management team to assist you.
I also find it in poor taste anyone like yourself can write whatever without any type of proof. We always do the right thing and if you truly had an issue we would have made it right or give you a refund. We do not own or even know of the sites you have mentioned in your message, plus one of them doesn't exists.
Please feel free to contact me to discuss and I demand you remove this un-truth immediately. We take the very seriously.
