 I hired Mitch Dutia to secure a location for my combo vending machine in the Atlanta area. He would send me locations after he had talked with the manager and learned they were interested in having a vending machine. At least this is what Mitch would tell me. One location told me that they never expressed interest in a vending machine. Another location already had a machine and Mitch didn't let me know ahead of the visit so I could be prepared for this situation.

I would always get the run around from managers Mitch had supposedly talked to and gotten an expression of interest in a vending machine. Sometimes 4-5 weeks would go by with no contact from Mitch regarding a spot. He said this is the first time he's not been able to get a customer a location. However, he hasn't done anything to rectify the issue like issue a refund so I can pay another locator. After five months and still no location for my vending machine, I asked for a portion of my money back. I have called several times and sent several emails to Mitch asking for some type of refund. He won't answer my calls anymore.
