2-10 Home Warranty represents itself as a solution to the problems of home appliances breaking down with age and use. However be prepared to wait sometimes weeks for a technician to arrive, and then to have them be undertrained, understaffed, and ill equipped to make repairs. It took two months in the heat of last summer to get our a/c coil replaced and they used multiple firms to finally get around to it.

On the phone they tend to make excuses and tell you a contractor has been dispatched, and they cannot select an alternative firm until the first one has plenty of time to make the repairs. In the end I used thier men, and then hired a professional firm an paid them to make the correct repairs to the leaking freon problem. Be aware that service is poor, and quality is terrible.
