Complaint Review: 2-10 Home Warranty

I reported a leaking roof. 6 weeks went by before the contractor came for the repair. He repaired the roof on a day when it was 10 degrees outside. No adhesive in the world will cure in that kind of weather. My roof still leaks and 2-10 says they have met their 300.00 obligation, regardless of the fact that the roof still leaks. I spoke with a supervisor, Corey in Feb., and she would call me back after speaking with the repair company. It is now 3 months later and I am still waiting on the return phone call. This company does the minimum to get by and their customer service is horrendous.
