Complaint Review: 2 go wireless

 2 go wireless is a rip off went in the store to have my phoen turned on and flashed on 7/1/2013 after that went home and it wasn't working called the next day and told the owner that it wasn't working and that i did everything to get my internet to work he asked did you push *228 i said yes.

He than stated that i shouldn't have done that and to come back to the store so he could fix it. once i arrived at the store he tried to charge me another $50.00 to flash the phone i stated to him that i shouldn't have to pay anything because i didnot know that you weren't suppose to push *228

He than told me that i should have asked and i told him that it is not in his policy anywhere in the store that we shouldn't push *228 he than cursed me out and locked me out the store.
