Complaint Review: 2 Wheel Toyz - Rocket Fast Parts

2 Wheel Toyz / Rocket Fast Parts sells many items on ebay. Most of the stuff they sell is at list price - no big deal. I have a pair of Firstgear mesh motorcycle gloves, size large, that my better half likes so I thought I'd order me another pair, one size larger so they'd fit loose in hot weather, and we'd both be happy. I found the gloves on ebay - 2 Wheel Toyz selling under "hjcoutlet1" - in XL for $44.95 delivered.

The gloves were shipped 8 days after immediate paypal and arrived 3 days later - 11 days total - slow. The gloves arrived as described marked size XL but I could not even get my hand into them. When I contacted 2 Wheel Toyz via email I was told that mis-sizing was not their problem and I could return them for a refund less shipping charges. I protested through ebay which was a usless waste of time as the seller said I was trying to extort him with a negative feedback threat. I returned the gloves by the same method that I received them - USPS Priority - at a cost of $4.95. The refund I received via paypal was for $36.95 - not the $40 I had expected - a restocking fee had been added on without proir mention.

Sooooo, if your want to do business with this outfit - good luck. And btw - I did give them the negative ebay feedback they deserved.
