2009procaulk.com, 2009Nationalexpressonline took information for an order before it was submitted, after misdirecting me to double the order. Wallingford Connecticut
It is the same old internet scam, bate and switch. After misdirecting you to put how many you would like, it is not until the end of the order that you discover they are asking how many ADDITIONAL orders you would like. So when you put a 1 (one) in the box, it actually means two. When I approached the end of the order I saw what they had done. Instead of "submitting" the order, I backed out letter by letter to the beginning and started over. Bypassing the misleading attempt to get that second order I ordered just the 1 (one) without any extras, this time hitting the "submission" space. But they already processed and sent the order never submitted, as well as the one that I had. I called their phone #, explained to the operator. I was assured that by opening the order I could explain, return it and get a complete refund for their error.
So when the first one came, I opened it as directed and found it had neither an invoice or return label at all. So if I return anything at all, I will be burned for the postage both ways, and have no assurance that my account will be refunded for the products.
