I applied for a payday loan through this company. I have done so in the past so I was under the impression that this was a legitimate company. This company charge you $19.00 for an application fee whether your approved or not. I admit that I did no know about the fee when I filled out the application. However, when I did find out I figure that was a small price to pay for the loan.

Again, I have taken out a Payday loan in the past, so I knew that I would get approve for the loan. I chose this place because it advertised as "No Faxing required", in their opening advertisement. However, when I received the agreement it stated that, I had to not only sign and fax the paperwork back I had to get it notarized.(flag). I never had to do this with other companies.

I did not sign nor send the agreement back because they stated that it was "No Faxing required". Then they wanted me to spend money on a notary? I don't think so. I also thought that the fee would come out when they deducted my account...DUh. I thought that was the end of it. I checked my account and I noticed that $44.00 was taken out of my account from 200cash.com.

I attempted to contact 200cash with the number that they provided. After listening to their message you could not speak to a customer service person. They also stated that if they attempt to take out the $19.00 and it didn't go through they would take $44.00 out for the NSF. We'll I checked my bank records and they did not attempt to take the funds out until my after my payday which the funds were available for the $19.00.

Also none of this information was given out on the initial contact with this company. I sent them an Email trying to contact someone. They replied to my Email stating that, "Thank you for contacting 200CASH.COM, INC. In order to effectively route you questions or concerns to the right department please note the following." Then they give you more Email addresses.

I see it as a run around. I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint. I just wished I looked on Ripoff Report before I dealt with this company. It appears that I'm not the only person that got ripped off by this company. Please do not deal with this company.

If use of a notary and faxing is required, then a lot of work to borrow $100 - $300, 30% interest rate.

I did check out the company website and I found nothing which stated you had to get the signed loan agreement notarized and faxed back to the loan company. Did the company state why you had to use a notary and fax back the loan documents?

What does it cost to take out a cash advance loan
The cost for a $200 loan for up to 15 days is only $60. In addition, first time applicants must cover a $19.00, one-time only, non-refundable application fee, payable on the submission of the application. Once your account is approved, and stays in good standing you can get new loans anytime.

WARNING!! If your check bounces, you will be charged the regular NSF fee by your bank, and also our Return Check Fee of $25.
