Charged 19.90 whether your loan is approved or not. Requested all financial information then sent an email of approval once I faxed over a Declaration of Wage assignment - assignment required a notarized signature and employer signature. Do not wish to involve personal businees with employer for a measly $200.00. No one has called to verify employment. Tried calling but got an automated voicemail - all day. I faxed a communications, e-mailed them back but all were canned responses.

After hearing all these horrible experiences I am truly concerned since they have my bank information bit no one has responded.

Misrepresentation?

#2Consumer Comment

They tell you about the fee and the paperwork! They included a link on their homepage helpfully titled, "Click HERE for loan qualification requirements!"

Once you click that link, you see:

4. Prior to giving you a loan, we will contact your current listed employer and ask them to honor a Wage Assignment Agreement. This is an agreement by your employer to garnish your wages to repay the loan (plus any fees and penalties) should you fail to pay. This would authorize your employer to take money directly from your paycheck prior to paying you should you default on your loan. Should your employer not agree to a Wage Assignment Agreement, your application will be declined.

Don't get me wrong, I think that 200Cash offers a terrible product and people should not get involved with these loans. It's just that your claim of misrepresentation doesn't apply here.
