200CASH.COM sounds like a payday loan company, right? And that is exactly what they hope you'd think! It's acutally a way to collect payments for absolutely nothing! They know that they are not going to give money directly and they have no intention of finding a loan for you!
I responded to their email wherein they threatened to sue me if I put a stop payment on their ACH debit. I invoked my right to cancel a contract within three days according to 15 USC 1601 et seq. but they debited it anyway. I would be delighted to join a class action suit to put these jerks out of business!
