IF I'd had known that this company charges $19.00 for an application fee I would have never applied for a loan. They had the nerve to withdraw these funds from my account with no authorization. Why would I want to pay for an application fee and an interest fee if I was approved for the loan I was seeking. Yes, they do charge an application fee even if your not approved. On top of that, they say that no faxing of any information is required, which is totally false. I was asked to fax a whole bunch of information before they could process my application, so being that I didnt fax anything does'nt it make my application void? I've tried contacting this comp. thru tons of e-mail and got no response and I've also called them at but there was no answer! so consumers beware this loan office is a scam. I believe they are working out of a home.

Non-refundable Application fee

1. There is a notice for the application fee on the last page of the application process. It is in large text and in plain view.

2. The courts understand that application fee means a fee to apply and, like other industries, is non-refundable and is used by the company to offset application and credit / employment verification. Payment of this fee has no bearing on whether or not the applicant is ultimately approved and funded. (Many of us remember paying an app fee for an apartment rental app for example. This fee is never refunded if they don't approve you)

3. The website allows the applicant to simply leave at any point and avoid the app fee charge.

4. The approval notice is conditional. The text says approved pending verification of your information. This allows them a chance to verify the information submitted before making the loan.

5. The approval (pending) notice comes AFTER pushing the submit button UNDER the app fee notice text, not before.

6. 200CASH.COM, INC. is licensed in the State of Delaware as a Small Loan Agency. License number: 2003102706. This can be confirmed by contacting the State of Delaware, Division of Revenue. (We are not a Bank or Financial Institution, we are a Small Loan Agency.)

This loan company is a joke. Go the bank ASAP and tell them you did not authorize this debt. File fraud papers with the bank. This company will probably continue to try to get the $19.00 over and over again. Keep going back to the bank each time they get money from your account. Even if you had faxed them everything they asked for, you still would not have gotten the loan. Hope this helps. (Filing the fraud papers is no big deal, The bank will probably require this). Go get your money back, don't let them get away with taking your $19.00
