I did an online application to 200cash.com yesterday around 2:44pm. When I finished a notice came up saying they were going to debit $19.00 from my account. There was no phone number to cancel the application. At 7:19pm that same evening, August 1 I was sent this email.

Dear Melita,

We have received your application for a new Payday Loan account with us, and have completed our review of your information.

Your application for a new Payday Loan Account has been denied for one or more of the following reasons:

1. The applicant was unreachable at work.

2. The application contained an invalid Social Security Number.

3. The employment information provided was unverifiable.

4. The provided SSN does not match the applicant's employment records.

5. The application contained invalid contact information.

6. The applicant was not at least 18 years of age.

7. The applicant does not meet the minimum income requirement.

8. The applicant does not meet the minimum time on current job requirement.

9. The bank account information provided is not valid for both ACH deposits and ACH debits.

10. The listed employer would not honor a Wage Assignment Agreement

Thank you for applying.

None of these reasons made any sense. My account was debited the next morning of August 2, 2007 which is today. My contacts which were my family members and a friend said they received no call from anyone. I let them know my employment hours were 8 to 5 so that's not an excuse, they never tried to reach my employer.

Evidently my bank was valid because they debited my account. I've been working at my job for 13 years so what is their minimum time on job requirement. My income is over 1000 a month and I'm well over the age of 18. This company just wanted to collect $19 from anyone that applied and they make their money without having to hand out a dime. I have never heard of anyone chargine for a payday loan and this should not be legal.
