Complaint Review: 20th Century Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

 Tim Gentry is at it again i just wish i had read the review from Susie before i hired Tim Gentry. I had to take Tim Gentry owner of 20th Century Air Conditioning & Refrigeration to civil court after paying 4,000 down on a heat pump in January of this year 2015. Mr. Gentry never installed or provided me with a heat pump he kept making excuses on why he never kept scheduled dates to install. Judge Arnold of Washington County Tn. ruled in my favor and I was awarded a full refund plus court costs. Tim did good work for me in the past without asking for any money until job was complete but this time he asked for half down he said to cover cost of heat pump and duct work. Tim did service calls on dates he promised to do my job and would go weeks not responding to calls or texts one time i used a co-workers cell phone so he would answer his phone.Tim can not be trusted be aware of giving this thief any money up front even with a signed contract by both parties like i did. Not much has changed with Mr. Gentry in the last 12 years other than the name of his company and phone number but he still is the same old thief.
