21 century insurance company company that doesn't pay on time for accident their customer at fault California

on 10/29/13 I had a car accident with 21 century insurance customer. A claim was filed the next day with the company ,my car was rear ended,photos was sent to their claim department with all information needed to take responsibility and to compensate me.I have a transportation business and every day my car is at the body shop I do lose money.Claim number 8002649323,policy number of their customer,1117-57-98.After several days of their investigation they sent the claim to their office in San Diego (accident occured in Orange County),then they said that their customer didn't contact them to report about the accident.

Till today with all avidance in their file ,they didn't pay a dime.They changed twice their appraiser that handle the case,Lucky me, when I realized after 4 days that it will take ages to get compensated I did fix the car and paid in full for the repair and rent a car.total damages are $3874 bodyshop, $812 rent a car,and over $3500 lose of revenue. BE CAREFUL, THIS COMPANY SHOULDN'T SELL CAR INSURANCE IN CALIFORNIA,THEY CONDUCT UNLAWFUL BUSINESS AND JEPORDIZE MOTORISTS ON THE ROAD.I have no choice but to deal with small claims court to try and get my money back.THEY ARE PART OF FARMERS INSURANCE.BE CAREFUL
