21st centrury auto group The sold me a BMW back in July 2017 to date I has not been able to pass inspection in New York City. they sold me a warranty that cost me 4700. I took my car to bmw in nyc. The claim was denied. I called the dealership. they told me to bring them that THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT HAD ENGINE PROBLEMS. THEY SOLD ME A WARRANTY FOR 4700 THAT DOESNT COVER ALL THE REPAIRS I WAS TOLD IT WILL COVER. THEY DONT RETURN CALLS . I DROPPED THE CAR OFF FOR REPAIRS AND ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND MY CAR IS NOT READY AND NO RETURNS MY CALL sprindgield New Jersey

i purchase this vehicle july 2016..I was sold and extended warranty that suppose cover the car bumper to bumper.  I paid 4700 for this warranty.  I wasnt able to have my car pass inspection because of the problems it had.  I was told by 21 centrury that i can take my vehicle to any BMW for service.  The claim was denied.  after over 10 attempts to reach the general manager, he told me to bring the car back to jersey.  I had to pay BMW (in new york) $180.  I dropped the car off on 1/19/17.  today is 2/27/17 and i still dont have my car.  I keep calling and they telling me they are still working on it.  I've called and spoke to the salesman, the service supervisor, the sales manager, the GM to no avail. They still have my car, did not provide any explaination why its taking so long and made me pay an additonial 200.   Please help me figure out whats my next step.
