Integrity and ethics have gone out the window with this company. My husband and I purchased a home back in 1999. To date the payments are 9 days late. My husband died last fall and we buried him Thanksgiving Eve. and I really cannot afford the mortgage since then but my sons are helping out a lot.

There has never to my knowlege been a company like this in history and I think there should be a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT against them.

These idiots will harass your ex's and workplace and any one they think is remotely associated: and this has been on going for the last 4 or 5 years and NO REPO yet so obviously we intend to keep paying.

There is only a dozen more years or so to pay off and I wish everyone would email them to stop harassing Christian folks AND honest paying citizens

I did not even sign the note , it was forged. I it was through Associates Housing Finance to begin with

What does your religion have to do with it?

I would assume that she is paying the mortgage because she wants to keep the house. Assuming for the sake of argument that her signature was in fact forged on the note, such would not allow her to keep the house without paying for it.

And why should the fact that the OP is a Christian make any difference?

Why are you paying the mortgage if you didn't sign for the loan?

If the loan was obtained in an act of fraud, then why are you paying the mortgage. If you can't afford the payments, perhaps you need to get house/loan that you can afford.
