21st Mortgage Corp - TN 21ST MORTGAGE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, IMMATURE KNOXVILLE Tennessee
Our loan was also bought from Chase by 21st Mortgage. I am just about convinced that 21st Mortgage is owned by the enemy (or an unfriendly foreign country). Immature, rude, nasty employees (most) - who trains these people?? We got calls from 5am - 11pm, several times a day. This company needs serious restructuring and training --from top to bottom. Something really needs to be done with this Mortgage company, they are driving people crazy with their tactics. Sharing private/personal financial information with family, neighbors, and your workplace is just wrong. It's embarrassing and causes great damage.
Can't SOMETHING be done??
