21st Mortgage I was told to sign , giving the other party the permission to set his trailer on my property. WE both owned. Surprizing now the property is tied in with the loan Knoxville Tennessee

My husband and I own 3 lots together.My husband bought amobil home and 21st Mortgage financed it at17.75% interest after our bankruptcy, with $13,000 down.Iwas told since I was half owner,Ineeded to sign to give him the permission to set his mobil home on this land. THen I am informed that the land was tied up in this loan.
