21st Mortgage over charge, and try adding additional charges ripoff Knoxville Tennessee

Bought a double wide mobile home from a dealer in Sumter SC. they put me with 21st mortgage for financeing. After 4 months I still do not have an account number and received call from them after 1 month in the home and was told to make a payment useing my SS#. a man showed up at my door last week wanting to know if I had been to the closeing yet, I asked him what he was talking about and he said we were suppose to have gone to an attorneys office for a closeing on the property.

I told him I have owned this property for twenty years and the property was not included in the deal for the home. he said I wasn't even suppose to be living in the home until we had had the closeing.

I dicided to change mortgage companies and 21st mortgage said they couldn't give me a pay-off on my account because they didn't know if there were any additional insurance charges for me being in a flood area( which I'm not). I have home owners insurance with another company that I had taken out on my previous home and I had the insurance increased to cover the value of the new home.
