Purchased a Video Stabilizer/ Enhancer from them to copy my old VHS tapes to DVD.  Returned original unit because it did not work correctly and asked for an exchange.  Before sending unit out I wrote down the serial number.

The exchange unit arrived a couple of weeks later. Opened box, removed unit and the serial number was the same as the one I had returned. I had put colored scotch tape on the box the unit was in and it had not been broken open.

I then called the tech number supplied and talk to a man, and asked him why they had sent back the same unit as I had sent them. He told me that they had sent me a new unit. I asked how it was that the new unit had the same serial number as the old unit. He said that all of the units have the same serial number. At this point we got disconnected. Tried to call back but no luck. Now I am not the 'brightest star in the sky' but it seems I am now one of the unlucky consumers out there.
