   First of all, everyone BE AWARE of this company 2313, INC and K.M.G. Consultants in Southfield, Michigan. The Manager named Ken Lear and Sam Striker of K.M.G. are the biggest liars I have met. I worked there for 3 weeks and I caught on to their phony scams.

 Secondly, they are sales consultant managers, that outsource sales marketers to pull their scam, which they use alot of exclamination points!!!!! "Catch 22" "Jr sales Consultant" "Entry Level Swagger" got experience, but no one willing to hire. If you, get a call from this business, do yourself a favor and hang up the phone immediately. Which is finanically backed by a multi Million with a "M" called "Cydcor".  That pays them commissions to hire sales people. All your really doing is sales. It a door-to-door sales job, right there you have to ask yourself sales door-to-door? Come on, it's 2014! The job consists of a up at dawn and work until dusk in the freezing cold temps of Michigan weather. Walking as far away as 4 or 5 blocks from your car in a business suit and dress shoes freezing your a** off in the cold. I would not wish this job on my worst enemy.

   Thirdly, they sell you this jardon speech of a work hard and have a good positive attitude will get you far into the promotion level of management in the company on the islands of your choice sippin some margueritas somewhere on the island making six figures. This is a BIG JOKE!


So, the joke is on you because, I have heard stories that soon as you get promoted out into management, they fire you about a month later. They get paid a commission to promote you out and fire you, so that they can start fresh with some other gullible idiot!

  Finally , the longer you stay there and work for them, the more money they make off of you.Because Ken Lear, get's a commission off of whatever or how much you sell daily. It's roughly about $35 bucks every time you sell, he get's! Some days I sold and made $100 to $200 bucks a day, and some days I made nothing. Their sales meetings are of like a cult presentation you practice sales pitching other, because of the implusing of the customers you have to do to get the customer to buy. The staff is mainly young singles, 20 somethings! Ken Lear is the biggest crook! He has been in California, Georgia, Ohio, and now Michigan pulling and working his crooked business scams.

 

 

P.S. He shoots, he scores! I'm laughing now soccer boy.

I know this company is a scam because I am familiar with others like it.  Sorry GM they took you for a ride, 2 years, wow!  Everything they do and say is a joke.  Matter of fact my reasons for leaving after two weeks is that I had the feeling I was not going to be paid on the splits I helped with and shockingly I wasn't.  Stay away from this company, you will recieve nothing out of it, but a lack of gas!  They aren't even from Michigan and I am sure they will not stay long.  This company has been in Michigan under a year and their goal isn't to help the economy.

I want to start by saying that I worked for Ken for 2 years and 2 months ending in June of 2012 and it was the hardest job of my life. This business was also the best learning and most rewarding experience of my professional career. The leadership skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and of course sales skills that I developed with Ken have helped to shape me into the man that I am today.

 I could go on all day about how Ken and his management team demonstrated true leadership, but I have to make dinner for my pregnant wife in a few minutes. If you are looking for an accelerated management training program and you aren't afraid of hard work, (and believe me when I say hard work) then this is the position for you. In my 2 plus years working with Ken I saw many people just like the one who wrote the terribly inaccurate review about 2313. They would walk out the door almost as soon as they walked in because they didn't have the work ethic or attitude to succeed.

 Ultimately I decided that I could no longer commit the time it takes to succeed in this business model and with my new skills am now working in medical device sales. Leaving this business I can truthfully say was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do. Unlike the gentleman above I don't harbor any negative feelings towards this company or those who work for it instead I applaud those who are able to succeed in this business because it is not for everyone. If it was easy everyone would do it! If you are considering working for 2313 I would wish you the best of luck the only problem is that luck as most people know it doesn't exist. Some people say that luck is actually where opportunity and hard work meet. This business has plenty of opportunity you just need to supply the hard work.
