24/7 Downloads Billed twice and still no service or membership ripoff New York New York

I downloaded a "free" animated moving background from freeze.com and I got 24/7downloads.com with it on my desktop. Being a new internet user thought nothing of it and logged into the "free downloads" site and found out it wasn't free. So I used my visa like I have before. After receiving all my visa information the page refreshed and said that my visa would not allow the transaction and to please resubmit the information. So like an new inernet idiot I did. Again the page said that my information could not be used so I tried to get support to complete the transaction.

THERE IS NO SUPPORT!! There is hardly no way to contact them. Now i am stuck with oweing $100 to my visa for a service that i am not a member of. I don't understand how they can get away with this. I have left email after email at 247downloads.com under their support. I have even threatened to have a lawyer file a combined fraudulent suit against them, no response back at all. My bank is trying to find out what is going on with them but what can i do other than sending them emails? How do i find out who owns it and where on earth they are locted.
