Complaint Review: 24/7 Downloads

I have been ripped off by 24/7 downloads who promise to give software which allows you to download MP3's. The software has never worked and after having paid a subsciption fee they are uncontactable. I am particularly concerned that they come top of the list for Google searches and that there are a number of positive reviews (again appearing on page 1 of a Google search). My advice is to stear clear!
