Complaint Review: 24/7 Downloads

I purchased the software from 24/7 Downloads on 4/01/04 and spent hours trying to get it to work as advertised. No luck. It doesn't work at all to find shared computers to download movies or music. I also requested a refund (per their refund policy) and have not received any response.

The company is a total fraud. I'm a Microsoft Systems Engineer and feel kinda stupid for falling for their Sales pitch on their web site. They had actually sent me an e-mail, which I followed up on. More and more companies are make millions with these types of Internet scams.
