Complaint Review: 24/7 locksmith dallas

I gave my daughter the number for 24/7 locksmith in dallas.  On the website it stated $19.00 service and 15 min arrival.  My daughter asks for them to send someone out as she had lost her keys to her car and was in a dark / dangerous area.

The technichian arrived and when he got there he told her that he could not make a key because he didn't know how.  He opened the door for her and charged her $129.00.  He then left her with an open door and no key.

I called the company back and they said there was no supervisor to speak to, that was the going rate and had an oh well attitude.  I asked for the corporate number.  They said that was the corporate number.  My daughter called them back and they told her they could send someone else out and it would be $150 to $200 to make a key.  She has an older model car.  No chips or anything special type of key.  This company took advantage of a young lady and did not provide the services required.

We ended up having to call out another more reasonable and skilled locksmith.
