24/7 Locksmith USA Will scam you, and refuse to leave your home Boston Massachusetts
On 6/8/2014, our bathroom lock failed to unlock, so we had to get a locksmith to unlock the door. When I called, I was told that it would be $19 + $35, and up. I figured it wouldn't be that much, since I didn't have to have the lock replaced, and it wouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
The locksmith came by, said that it would cost $245 to unlock the door. When I said I wouldn't pay, he refused to leave my home. He said it was company policy that he needed to unlock my door before he could leave. I persistently told him that I didn't want to pay, but he still wouldn't leave.
If I knew that that was a felony, I would have called the police. I ended up having to pay $180 to have him open the door. They are not licensed with the Better Business Bureau. Do not use these people if you need a locksmith.
