Complaint Review: 24 Hour Fitness

It was'nt too long ago the incident took place at this gym. I new memeber was acting in kindness as a good samaritan. He was a student of natural medicine. He noticed a at will employee coughing . He then asked her if she would be interested in trying natural medicine that would help her ? Her response was that she was willing to try anything to help her. He left and came back with two plastic spoons. What he was sharing and not selling was: P73 Super Strength Oregano. Even endorced by a medical doctor. Doctor Cass Ingram. Known for healing many health problems. Even there is a book on the product. The Cure Is In The Cubboard.  When the gym member /customer and consumer came back into the gym. He tried the product in front of the female employee. He put a spoon full of the product and then placed it under his tongue. Held it then swallowed it. He then was interruped by a male Hispanic adult gym employee. The gym employee approached from his front. Then attempted to engage in a verbal altercation. The gym employee said,"That stuff will kill you"! The gym member/ customer/ consumer then said," I'm still alive and use it everday". The next incident that occured was a large male white adult positioned him self on a stool not far from the gym member speaking of oregano. Next : Another male white adult wearing a hoody sneaked up from behind the gym member,customer/consumer then slapped the top portion of the back of the gym member. Then used his left arm to forcefully grab the customer. Then not only assulted the customer but made the following verbal threat. "Watch it"! In reality it sounds like two crimes against public policy. California Penal Code:240 assualt. Then a terrorist threat. California Penal Code:422. The onsite site manager is just a pretty face with gym pants on. Other then this is worthless. If she can't make the gym a safe place for all she failed. She did not investigate. Especially if it comes to co workers. The name: AKA: Anderew popped up as one of the accomplices. No complete investigation was ever conducted. Any co workers will always stick together. Is this aiding and abetting? California Penal Code:31? The incident was reported to : Consumer Affairs . Since then received: Over eight thousand hits. It must be reported and documented. So that other customers will never subject to this. My friend is correct. Because the employees would normally all stick together and most are white , plus due to status qou ,the local city police would back up the employees of the gym. Making the customer, gym member and customer the fall guy. For supporting evidence this took place. With out violating the polygragh protection act. Would the female manager volunteer for the following three forms of scientific evidence: (1.) www.no.lie.m.r.i.com  (2.) California Evidence Code:801.70 ?  (3.) California Evidence Code: Section: 795? Then if she refuses also to do these simple forms of scientific evidence while being filmed on: You Tube. Then can we the public conclude: This shows : ( Reasonable Doubt). Which then equals : ( Guilt). Of coarse it what appear she would back up her rich and yes white friends. White as she is. As we are still aware racisim still exists. Was it her assistant: AKA: Andrew? Or does she know who was involved ? Or is she refusing to give the displinary action needed for certain very private and personal reasons? Its unknown. Its so bad the other gym in : Huntington Beach had to hire an armed guard. This is because the male staff enjoy flirting with guys wives and girlfriends . As management turns a blind eye. In stead of having , female employees show female guests around the males in sales want to do their best to see if they can possibly get into some pantys. It does appear they really don't care if the female is married or has a boy friend. As the worthless management turn a blind eye. Since then my friend ended his contract with : 24 Hour Fitness Gym.
