I have been a longstanding member of Family Fitness which is now known as 24 Hour Fitness.

I was able to go to most of their fitness clubs with open arms as my membership allowed me to do so. But since most of their clubs have been remodeled or built as a 24 Hour Fitness Pro, Sport, or Super Sport or whatever else they decide to call it, I now cannot go into any of their clubs without upping my membership and paying extra, except for the original club that I signed up from or any club named 24 Hour Fitness without any Sport, Pro, or Supersport..., etc.

To me, this seems to be illegal as they are phasing out my membership as there are less and less of the original 24 Hour Fitness and more and more of the Sport, Ultrasport, Magic, etc.

Can anybody help me maybe bring up a class action lawsuit or anything that will help me gain access to all the clubs again?

Although I have not had the kind of problems with 24 hour fitness that you have had, I do believe that they are total snakes and should have their business practices looked into. My advice to you as a Paralegal would be to contact a civil attorney for a breach of contract action. Often they will not take a fee and not charge you unless they recover for you. Good luck.
