Complaint Review: 24 Hour Services Nashville Tennessee

Joining many others that have been scammed by this Company and others alike. This is a leads generation Company running deceptive ads on Google, pretending to be local although they are not. They start out at $15 up to $29 on the Ad, and only when you placed the order over the phone they say in the end that the final cost may be more depending on difficulties etc. That is reasonable, was not a problem for me. I understood the final cost was not going to be $29 but once the driver showed up wow what a scammer. It took him less than a minute to open the door so his time spent including driving was max 30 min and we were charged $195. He did not disclose the cost to us prior to opening our house door. 
Federal Trade Commission need to enforce strict guidelines and shut them down if they do not comply. Card organizations need to monitor them more closely and also shut them down if they do not follow strict guidelines on disclosures. I can't beleive Amex is letting this Merchant process transactions.
