24 HOURS LOAN COMPANY RAYMOND BENSON and TISHMAN NILES CHARGED ME FEES FOR A LOAN I NEVER GOT & KEPT WANTING MORE MONEY TO GET THE LOAN. Miami Florida
I applied for a business loan with 24 Hours Loan Company.
Then i was told i had to pay certain fees to be able to get my loan.
Once i made a payment then Raymond Benson who is the the CEO of the loan
company would email me and add another fee for me to pay.
then Raymond Benson told me if I paid the last $250 payment that would
be the very on fee to pay now and my loan would reflect in my bank account
within 12 hours without any failure or any additional charges.
he never told me that he was using a bank in Moscow.
after i paid the $250 i then get another email that i had to pay his bank
$300 to have the loan transferred to my bank.
i told him i didn't have the $300.
i emailed his bank and told them that they would have to cancel the
loan because i didn't have the $300.
I got a reply email if I paid half the fee of $150.00 i could get half my
loan and then pay the other $150 when I got my loan.
i emailed Raymond Benson and told him what the bank said. But also told
him that I didn't have the $150.00.
He said if I would send him $75.00 he would give me the other $75.00.
Well after I sent him the $75.00 I get a email from Tishman Nile he must
work with Raymond Benson telling me to go and send $300 now to get my loan.
I told him what Raymond Benson told me and even scanned and sent the emails from
Raymond Benson telling me to only send him $75.00 and he would give me money.
Tishman Niles informed me that Raymond Benson had gone to China.
Now i am getting emails from Tishman Nile telling me to go send $225.00 now so
i will get my loan.
i told him i am not sending them anymore money and also said i would like
to settle this peacefully and get my money back.
i do have the emails that Raymond Benson sent me but didn't know if I should scan and
send them with this report.

Tishman Niles from the 24hoursloan company and I have been communicating by email and he has agreed that i will receive my loan in my bank account with failure today June 28th 2018 if I delete my complaint against his company.
he stated that is what stopping the bank from transferring my loan into my account.
I spoke with a person from Ripoff Reports today and they informed that i could not delete my complainat against 24hoursloan company.
the reason is sometimes there will be a agreement between the two parties and once the complaint is deleted it is very easy to not keep the agreement.
So therefore i am updating my complaint againt Mr Tishman Nile and have decided for him and I to work together so I can receive my loan as I have already paid Tishman Niles $965 in different fees to get this loan.
i am also enclosing 2 emails I received from Tishman Niles as soon as I can delete this complaint I will receive my loan.
Since i found out I can't delete the complaint.
This is my offical update that I have reached a agreement with Tishman Niles from 24hourloan company and am working with hime to get my loan ASAP!

Raymond Benson claims that a fake lender used his name and
his website to approve me for a loan.
in a way he is trying to make him look like a victim and that he doesn't
know me or anything about this loan.
On Saturday march 24th 2018 raymond sent me 6 emails telling
me to remove the complaint i put again him now and i will get my loan.
Telling me to trust him and he promises that i will get my loan and he
won't let me down just to remove the report now.
claims there is no way he can give me my loan as long as the report is still
on the Ripoff site.
all 6 times i told him no i would not remove the report that his track record
for being honest with me and not keeping his word was not very good.
I also told him that I know him well enough that since I removed the report
that he would find some kind of bullshit reason for me not to get my loan.
At one time we talked about me moving to Florida and going to work for him.
I also ask him if he was a company in Florida why was he using a bank in Moscow Russia?
Which i never knew about until after I made the last $250 payment. and that bank
wanted $300 to transfer my loan to my bank.
But never gave me a answer.
All he is concered about is me removing this report.
In a way him telling me to remove the report right now and I will get
my loan is a form of bribery or bullying.
