247 Downloads Internet ripoff Do Not Use Internet Nationwide
I too used this website and downloaded their software, it was a real joke and I was very dissatisfied!
After installing the software and following their instructions for use, all I got was a Virus on my computer! Thank God for Norton!
I also contacted IBills and was told they could do nothing about a refund and that I would have to follow the refund instructions on 24/7's website.
I did this 2 weeks ago and have still not gotten a response , so today I sent them another email with a read receipt, we'll see what happens but I won't get my hopes up.
I might also add that I have deleted their software out of my computer, but to this date I am still trying to delete remmnants of it as the uninstall apparently did not delete all of the software as it is suppose to... so Beware!! DO NOT USE this software or this website unless you want to throw your money away!

For all of you having trouble getting a Refund from 24/7 Downloads, Try calling IBILLS at 1-800-307-3558.
They will ask that you forward to them your original refund request to 24/7 Downloads and ask for other information reguarding your purchase like your transaction number etc.. After they have recieved your forwarded email they will send you a confirmation email back and like me, you should get your refund within 3 to 4 days.. Good Luck! It worked for me !
