Complaint Review: 247 Loyal Service

These people did provide emergency service, so I am not complaining about the price, although it would have been lower if they had been who they said they were. They are a national locksmith referral service, not an actual locksmith service. That would be fine, nothing wrong with such a service. But their whole set-up is to make you think you are dealing with somebody local. The guy who comes is obviously local, but he is a free-lancer not associated with any local business. Lots of national referrral services exist. It's businesss model pioneered by the floral industry. They cross thre line when they lie and tell you they are a local company. If you care to deal with a local company, make sure you really are. These guys just add another layer of expense for the customer, and pay the guy who does the actual work diddly. And the guy who does the work is either not employed by any local locksmith, or he is , which would be even worse. Worse because he's free-lancing with these guys, and stealing business from his own employer.
