24 hours fitness has so many problem with customer. First, I joined the gym and they told me I can have 5days to cancel if I don't like after joining the club. After joinging the club they changed the initiation Fee price. like $50 off price. Second, I contacted customer service via telephone that they provide me on webstie. https://www.24hourfitness.com/ the custmer service asked me 50% off that I already paid with my credit card. after 10days they didn't refund the amount of money to my credit card. I contacted my credit card company to resolve this issue.

Third, The 24 hours fitness asked me to pay that I requested the money. my credit card company distipute system took the money from the payment. I contacted 24hours fitness to resolve this issue, but they told me they cannot refund the amount of money. because when I contacted them on the phone in 4 days. it shoud be before 3days. they told me different story that I heard when I joined the membership. 

and they told me they didn't say anything to refund the money. so I told them who I called who told me the amount of money? she said I called a wrong number and give me same number I called. this is a ridiculous. I am very unsatisfied with the club. and I don't know why they need the customer service. and also, I asked her name but she just kept changed the issue and didn't say her name well. before joinging the membership they acted very friendly and after pay the membership..... they changed their attitute.
