about then ( 3 min. from the time he touched the safe) he said "its open". I said to him, "good, but I expect it to work, lets make sure it closes and operates like it was". After a short exchange he sets opens and closes it and it seemed to work.b

I called then 3/15/16 at 21:30 to open a (jammed while opening) safe. I was quoted $150 dollars, from my first exchange with the individual I sensed incompetence while a great sales pitch. I should have gone with my gut on this one. I agreed, I received guarantees I asked for such as the jo will complete, etc. I was clear with him that I will mot pay a dime more. nt About half hr. later I received a call in what seemed like a prep for a rise in price, I ask for guarantee of completion at that price, after much fuzz I agreed (this is where my senses were telling me something was not right) but I weahead and let him come by.

He arrived, looked at the safe knelt down played with the safe handle and said to me, " it will be $250.00), to which I replied we are done. He continued playing with the handle and asked for the key, at this point I continue to tell him that if hant do $150 as agreed we are done, it was right

anyone make ever !!! He looks at meand replies 'I will meet you in the middle) I said you mean 80.00, he starts laughing and says no, $200. I pulled out $150 I had set aside gave it to him and showed him the door.

I did not take the key out of the lock which was stuck, but he was already gone.

Next morning I an fuming as it is over this, I get a call from what appears to be a fifth grade girl asking me if I was happy with the tech, se said she was a dispatch operator, I told her I will file serious complaints in all available avenues to bring this company to light. She appeared to be totally unfaced by that, kept saying sorry and trying to hang up, I kept trying to get more info, Boss or Mngr anything, but to no avail, she was apparently used to this type of scenario and had no intention but to use the word sorry.

I have been trying to reach them to explain that the key is still in lock position and does not come out, rendering the safe %50 useless, No answer.

After this debacle, I was thinking how irregulated this biz is, this people should be held accountable to regulation like Notaries, these folk play with some serious security issues for families.

P will be pursuing this thru any means and see.
