24ProtectPlus Charge from this company discovered on my Master Card and I didn't buy anything. Unknown Connecticut
I too got a charge from this company on my credit card. Mine was for $14.95. I have no idea what it is for. From what I have experienced and subsequently read on Ripoff Report, it sounds like who ever is doing this is running a shady operation at best. Note how the rudely respond to their so-called customeres. I will likely get such a response from them too. Just watch.
Perhaps they think they are doing nothing wrong, but not being upfront on the internet is a terrible way to do business and usually spells doom for those individuals and companies doing this sort of thing. I am going to see to it that my credit card company takes care of this. As I have no idea who this is or how this charge ended up on my credit card, I feel I have to obligation at all to respond to this invasion of my time by contacting the company. I will however, have my credit card company take care of it as if it were fraud. I hope it cost 24ProtectPlus more than they charged me.
