Complaint Review: 2608 extended stay rio rancho

2608 extended stay rio rancho Thea manager i was verbaly assalted then kicked out at 7:30 am on easter with my 3yr old and 7 yr oldthen when i called a manager they reembersed me i had reservations at the other extended stay thea called and to rio rancho, New Mexico

I have resided at this hotel for over a month I have spent over 2000 dollers.On easter 2013 at 7am my husband went down to make a cup of coffee thea approached him and sayed if your not payed by 11am you need to leave. My husband asked her when we were going to be compinsaded for 20$ worth of food we lost during a 6 hr blackout at the hotel. She told him you and your kids eat plenty enough for breakfast we don't need to pay you back. Breakfast is complimentary!! My husband came back up to the room told me what happened. I opened the door to go down to get coffee myself and thea was right there by the door she hurried down the stairs(I belive she was listening to us)I took the elevator she was behind the desk when I exited the elevator.she said hi and I put my hand up and walked to the coffee. Then she yells at me from behind the desk You guys can be mad at me all you want. I then told her I told her I don't associate with hipacrits and please don't talk to me. 8 asked her how at 7am she can tell my husband to pay for the room when she just told me the previous day she had a guest on 300 that owed over 200$ and a third party was coming to pay for them.She then exploded and said your going to use what I tell you in confidence against me. (She had no buisness telling me!!) She then started verbally attacking me. I then asked her if she talked to all her guest this way and she told me to leave! They have cameras and this is all on tape! I want a copy! We left the hotel at around 7:30am on easter. My husband myself my 3yr old and 7 yr old.I went to the other extended stay and filed a complaint and made a resevation there. They gave me 40 cash and a 20$ gift card for the food. When we went back thea told my husband because of you my daughters missing easter. We went to the other hotel where we had resevations and they said thea called and they can't rent the room to us. Why is that? Other complaint: while we where there thea volenteers at the homeless shelter she called for them to come pick us up even though we where paid. I feel she was trying to use me and my family as a merit badge for herself? I'm offended and imbarressed.!nd would like to know why if I was right and she was wrong why my kids spent easter outside a gas station because thea cancelled my reservations.

I was in the middle of cooking that's how I lost food during the blackout I know how long food stays good for I've been homeless for over a year s*** ill eat it if I can this was inedable soaking in grease for 6 hrs

A common thread of reports is that the person reporting the "RipOff" generally leaves things off that don't make them look good.  I suspect that just based on what you wrote this is again the case, but even with what you did write..you must be a wonderful role model for your daughter *Rolling Eyes*.

First the manager tells your husband that you must pay by 11AM and he goes off about the lost food.  Well first of all a 6 hour blackout is NOT going to cause you to loose food.  A refrigerator can hold the cold for many hours and by the time it would start to be an issue your power was back on.   But if you were really freaked out about that, you could have gone down to your local convenience store and picked up a bag of ice for a couple of dollars.  Or if this place is like most grab an ice bucket and fill the refrigerator with ice from the ice machine.

But it doesn't stop there.  When you go down to get coffee instead of talking to the manager you give her the "Talk to the Hand" sign.   Where I am sure the discussion that followed was more heated than you are leading to believe, and so she asks you to leave.

But you don't even stop there, and this is the real kicker of this entire report.  After you went to the other location and made reservations, you couldn't let it go so you then return to this one to confront the woman once again.   Then for some reason you seem to be shocked that she called the other location.

While I am not saying that the manager handled the situation correctly, it is also clear that you did not handle the situation as the best as you could have either.
