2712 Designs Kevin Systrom Ordered two signs for childs party. One was incorrect and entirely their error and they would not remake Nashville Tennessee

Did not open the sign until just before the birthday (even though since it ws a custom sign it was ordered well ahead of the birthday day).  Noticed the birthday girls name was spelled worng by them even though on the packing slip and online order it was correct by me.  The company said they would not re-make it since it took me too long to open the package.  Crazy - it was entirely their error.  I sent photos of the invoice, packing slip and actual good received.  It took over 11 emails to even talk to someone (or have a response from someone) and that was part of the delay...  Hopefully I just had an exceptionally bad  experience and you are more lucky.

Unfriendly and unkind customer service.  Policy of not fixing what is clearly their error because it took too many weeks to open the package was not fair since it was their error.  100% their fault.  They offered to re-make it if I purchased a new one...of course.
