2B Wireless, LLC T-Mobile Retailer Unethical Thieves Who Only Care About Themselves Phoenix Arizona

This company 2B Wireless LLC cares about one thing and one thing only, taking people's money. I switched to TMobile less than 2 weeks ago and immediately started getting multiple dropped calls daily. I was dropping calls with full strength 4G LTE and was dropping calls while using T-Mobile WIFI calling. I notified the store of the issues and said if this can't be resolved then I want a refund. They made a few setting adjustments on the phone and the problem got worse. I called tech support at T-Mobile and while speaking with them the call dropped. On average, with TMobile I was dropping upwards of 30% of my calls a day.  Not good!

Given I use my phone for business predominantly I could not justify keeping service with a company that has atrocious service even though their coverage map shows the area to have very high signal strength. I went to the store and let them know tech support was unable to fix the issue and asked for a full refund. They were willing to do a refund on everything but a $50 restocking fee. I told them this is ridiculous. The phone was not the issue. I was not the issue. The service was the issue, and they should stand behind their company and their service and do the right thing and provide a full refund as I would not have been there if the service had been good. I was told they could do nothing about it and if I had further concerns I should speak to the owner of the company Ali Saheli. 

So I emailed their care department and have not been given any response. I have called their corporate offices and asked to speak to Ali Saheli-Owner or Cory Waldo-District Manager and just get told neither is available. They don't take messages, don't allow me to leave a voicemail, nothing. One must conclude from this that they could care less about their customers, and only concern is in stealing people's money.  It appears this company 2B Wireless operates multiple stores around the valley, and have been written up in ripoffreport.  Do yourself a favor, and if you walk into a cellular store to do business, ask if its owned by 2B Wireless LLC first, and if it is walk out the door.  They don't deserve anyone's patronage.
