2b wireless Queen creek ripped off, returned a USB wireless port and my account was never credit Queen creek, Arizona

  i have several complaints. i went into 2b wireless store on 21202 W. Ellsworth Loop Rd suite #106 in Queen Creek AZ. the first time i went into your store, i was very happy with Josh S. He got me to buy another line BUT at the same time promised 15% off my monthly bill and 10.00 unlimited texting. This was done on 10/03/09. So I went back on 11/08/09 to get a wireless USB for my laptop and I worked with Josh again. Very happy with the service until. I had problems with the wireless USB port working on my laptop. I called T-Mobile several times and they could not get it to work on my laptop to take it back. I went back to the store on 10/13/09 to return the USB port. Josh S. told me that there systems were down and could not credit or print a credit out. He wrote on the back of my orginal receipt invoice# QUEENIN1116 that I returned aircard on 10/13/09 and 54.39 would be credited to my t-mobile account. I looked a week later and not credit was issued, i went back into the store and Josh again said it would be credited my the end of the week. Friday the 23rd and was told it would be done by monday.


I called T-mobile and they said that he could not credit my t-mobile account, the store would have to credit my card. I called Monday the 26th and Josh was not in. I left a message and he never called back. I called on tuesday and told him what I found out and he said he found that out to and that the corp was going to credit me. Josh said it would be done by the end of the week. I waited to the 30th and called the store again. I gentleman answered the phone and said that I would be credit on Monday. Again I waited to to 11/02/09 and no credit was issued. I called the store and asked for a manager and was told there was no manager. I called the corp and was transfered to a lady that said she had no information of crediting me. She would call the store to find out. I waited and now I called again on the 11/09/09 the corp. The same lady, She said that Josh already talked to me about my credit. Well I never received a call from Josh. Today 11/11/09 I called again the corp and the lady I spoke with put me on hold and i was hung up on. When i called back I no answer. I am very upset now. When i called the store to talk to Josh he of course again was not there. I called T-Mobile and put a verable complaint in on 2B wireless. I have waited 1 month for a credit and all I get is the run around. I want what i was promissed. I want 15% off my bill a month, 10.00 unlimited texting and my 54.39 credit owed for returning the product. this is very upseting.

I just wanted to say "WOW"! She wrote back to say that she let this kid take from his own pocket to give her money and thats "good" to her. That has got to be the most scandolous thing I have ever seen someone write on here. To say..it was nice and that was customer service..He doesnt own the company you shmuck..You let a guy take from his pocket, be a woman and continue to fight with the company. or contact the owners who make millions you dont let a kid take from his own pocket... thats dispicable.

I mean he was probably stealing money from accessories anyways so in a way the company could have paid but still..Have some shame Rhoda. Geeeeeez,

  I want to say that 2B wirless has not returned my money as the product was returned. I did go back into the store and Josh took money out of his pocket and gave it to me. I am very big on customer service. I think that was the nicest thing he could have done. I don't believe I will ever go back to a 2B wireless store. It was very nice that he did this.
