2BWIRELESS T-Mobile (Roya) the worst place to visit. Chandler Arizona

I went into the Chandler location and was EXTREMELY disappointed with the service that I received from one of the reps Roya, whom I later discovered was the owners daughter..how horrible..she ought to be ashamed of herself.

I went in the the chandler location to get a new phone, my old one had went out on me and I needed one pretty quick. I went into the store because it is close to my house and they have always been pretty polite, I went in and dealt with this rep, Roya not only was she VERY unprofessional, but she was on her phone half the time that we were interacting. I honestly felt as though I was bothering her. I asked her several questions about the Blackberry, I figured if I was going to spend that kind of money. I wanted to know every fuction of the phone, she not only sounded like she had no clue as to what she was talking about, but she answered SEVERAL personal phone calls while we were talking about the phone, she walked off several times, I was VERY tempted to walk to another T-Mobile but like I said this particular store is very close to where I live. She seemed annoyed that I was asking questions, and from what I could tell was more concerned with her weekend events in vegas then providing me with service.

I suggest that NO ONE go into this location, especially if this is the type of service they are offering, to add insult to injury this was the owners daughter? it makes you wonder about the people they will give business's to nowadays. T-Mobile ought to seriously rethink letting people like her sell their product.

If anyone knows how to contact Robert Dotson directly, I would appreciate it greatly.
