3 Alarm Designs Company has failed to produce shirts I have ordered. They have my money, I ahve no shirts. Scottsdale Arizona
On 9/28/07 I ordered two IAFF Sweatshirts from this company. Several attempts have been made to obtain the shirts or a refund. The only phone number I can locate is fro a Tara Wolf.
There has been several excuesses made on no shirts. The last one I was told this week was the shirts were on back order and have ben shipped to me? However she will not produce a UPS tracking number.
The cost was $68.07. Order number is B487370CO. It was paid for by a credit card. All I want is a refund and put this behind me.

I not only explained that this was a family run business and that my father who lived with me had a life threatening stroke and was in the process of dying and needed my care, but I sent him the items he ordered with an apology and I NEVER charged him a dime for the products OR the shipping. I did what I thought was best for my family and my customer. The BBB was notified of my actions and deemed it appropriate and fair.
I have since closed my shop since my stepdad's death and returned to a more gratifying and more appreciated line of work. I went back to being an ER/Trauma RN and don't regret the time I took away from my business to care for my dying step dad.
