Bought a piece of land on golf course at Trinity Plantation with promise that a resort was planned in the near future.

Nothing has happened and no communication received regarding future plans.

I believe this is a rip off and am prepared to add my name to any list of people who may want to take legal action against one or both of these companies.

HERE IS A WEBSITE THAT YOU CAN JOIN IN ON AND SHARE YOUR PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY YOU IDENTIFIED. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE AND THAT THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE IN OTHER PARTS OF THE STATE,COUNTRY, AND WORLD THAT ARE VERY ANGRY AT THIS COMPANY AND COLORADO MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT.

TRULIA.COM AND YOU HAVE TO SEARCH FOR THE VILLAGES AT LONE OAK. THERE YOU WILL FIND LOT OWNERS THAT PURCHASED LOTS IN A DEVELOPMENT CALLED THE VILLAGES AT LONE OAK. We have not seen any improvements and as far as we can tell we have not seen one dime we invested put into the utilities liked promised years ago.....if you would like to be part of something big, please find us on Trulia.com
