3 Day Blinds aka R & R Blinds Horrible service NO communication Doesn't show up for installs Sacramento California Nationwide

I ordered over $5000 worth of blinds.  The first installers that came to my home were wonderful.  Only problem is that 1 of the blinds was the wrong size.  They did the measurments.  

I'm thinking no big deal.  Mistakes happen.  We order another $800 worth of blinds.  4 to be exact.  They are delivered to my house instead of being brought by the installer.  Called the number they gave me for R & R Blinds and they set me up with a Monday appointment.  

Monday comes....the mismeasured replacement blind is no where to be found.  of the 4 others 1 is also the wrong size and, instead of sending them with the White Pulls they send ugly beige pulls.  I have daisy white trim throughout my home...why would someone order beige?  I sent them back with the installer.  They have a consultant that comes and does all of the choosing and ordering and measuring for you....great deal...if they get it right.

As of today I don't have the blind from the 1st order...and I have none of the blinds from the 2nd order.  No one will return my calls.  They accuse me of not being home on the Final Saturday...I was home for 4 days straight with a horrible migraine, but didn't want to cancel because I wanted my blinds.  Called the Sacramento office tonight...they hung up on me.  By the way, phone hours are 3-7 pm..hahahahaha....corporate/Jimmy Johnson Rep..whom I'd emailed without response...is closed.  Can't get an answer...no communication....we are contesting the charge on the 2nd order and I'm taking them to small claims court for the $165 charged for the mismeasured blind that was never delivered.  Don't use these people.  They totally sucketh!
