3 Golden Credit Scores Charged my Debit card after cancellation

I signed up for the free trial and called to cancel my free trial 5 days after signing up. It was never cancelled. They charged my card a 2 weeks later. I called to speak with someone to cancel AGAIN and get a refund and was told that because the charge went through they could not issue a refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they are the supervisor and the one in charge.

He was very rude and proceeded to tell how many time I went into the account which he himself even said the last time I used the acct was 5 days after signing up. Free trial is 7 days. I had to hang up and call back to get someone else who told me the same as the first. He is a supervisor and the one in charge. Never got my refund.

They have a refund hotline. If you call it you can get a refund. It worked great for me. The number is 855-421-9615. I called that and got my refund. You should call too! You should get your money back!
